Please contact Phil as early as possible if you are a club member
and would like to attend any event as he will not chase people.
Please also ensure when asking to attend any event that you make
Phil aware of the total number of tickets you will need if people
are coming with you. Send advance payment for events to Phil (address
in club magazine)
NOTE: If you wish to go to any of the events the club is attending,
as part of the club, let Phil know as soon as possible as spaces
are limited and you will not get on the club stand if you don't.
